AFTER SALES SERVICE

Every ITU product carries a one year warranty and  is supported by 1 day 24 hours, 7 days a week customer service hot line. To prevent or solve problems with our products, ITU provides a full product-support service carried out by well-trained technician teams. ITU requires its technicians to spend many months in training before they join ITU’s after sales service teams. To serve our customers faster, our technicians are equipped with a full range of tools and replacement part commonly needed to repair air conditioners on site.

ITU technicians also provide consultancy and advice to our customers on the installation, maintenance and proper use of air conditioners.  As part of our after sales services, ITU technicians conduct special tests, such as commissioning tests, air duct and flow tests, compression tests, and others at the time of the installation.

To ensure high standards in operating use and long time use of our products, ITU technicians regularly check customers air conditioners units.
